How to measure
Using a ring you already own
Choose a ring that fits the same finger you're buying for. Measure the inner diameter in millimetres and match it to the chart below.
Measuring your finger
Wrap a thin non-stretch strip of paper around the base of your finger. Slide it over your knuckle — it should pass with slight resistance. Mark the overlap point and measure in millimetres. Repeat 2–3 times for consistency.
What affects ring size
Knuckle size · Time of day (fingers are larger in the evening) · Temperature · Dominant hand · Ring width (wider bands feel tighter — consider sizing up).
